User Management
If you are an admin for your organization, the "User" tab on the Configuration page will instead display "User management". You will also see the option to onboard a user or manage an existing user and their permissions.
Onboard a new user
To onboard a user to the organization:
- Click on the "Onboard" tile.
- Fill out the user's information.
- Assign the user the appropriate role or roles
- Click on the "Submit" button.
Note: Since it's possible to have more than one role enabled per user. Before onboarding a new user or editing an existing user's profile, we recommend confirming that the appropriate role is assigned to the user based on the desired permissions.
Manage an existing user
To make changes to an existing user:
- Click on the "Manage" tile.
- Find the user you are editing.
- Click on the user's ( ⋮ ) context menu.
- Click on the "Edit" option.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click the "Update" button.
Offboard an existing user
To offboard a user:
- Click on the "Manage" tile.
- Find the user you will offboard.
- Click on the user's ( ⋮ ) context menu.
- Click on the "Offboard" option.
- Confirm the offboard.
